Pro Marine, Inc. reserves the right to open wholesale accounts to legitimate marine businesses who maintain a proper business establishment and purchase in wholesale quantities. We carefully screen all new Dealer applications to be certain they come from legitimate Dealers. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account meeting or not meeting Dealer requirements. A copy of your state’s resale certificate of registration must be on file with Pro Marine, Inc.
Possession of the Pro Marine catalog does not constitute an offer to sell
SHIPPING
All packages are shipped UPS C.O.D. by default unless other arrangements are made. Orders received by 5:00 PM EST will
be shipped the same day. However, orders placed after 5:00 PM will not ship until the following
business day. If you are placing
an
order for GROUND delivery, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to
be received. In the case of a back-order or
substitution, customer service will attempt to reach you via telephone.
Please contact us immediately if your order is incomplete, damaged, or lost in transit. A replacement will be
sent at no additional cost if Pro Marine or shipping carrier is at fault. The return
policy may be applied to any
order returned or canceled after shipment. Free Shipping advertised on our website applies ONLY
to retail
customers paying retail prices via our internet store front.
Shipping standards do not apply to failures caused by conditions beyond Pro Marine’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, riots, strikes, labor disputes, or disruptions in communication or transportation networks.
We will ship to any UPS acceptable address however, however we can ONLY ship to post office boxes in Puerto
Rico and Alaska via Priority Mail. Pro Marine, Inc. reserves the
right to limit quantities and/or charge actual
shipping charges on oversize packages based on weight and/or dimensions. In this case,
you will be notified
prior to any additional charges. Pro Marine, Inc. reserves the right to change the shipping method when and as
necessary, with or without notice.
DROP SHIPMENTS
Pro Marine, Inc. will drop ship special requests for dealers at no extra charge as a convenience only. Dealers who abuse this priveledge may be charged a $5.00 service charge per shipment. Drop ship dealers who
operate websites and use Pro Marine frequently
to drop ship directly to their customers will be chaged a
drop ship fee of $5.00 on all orders under $100.00. Drop Shipments
do not qualify for any shipping discounts, upgrades or promotions. ALL shipping charges will be the responsibility of the dealer.
TERMS
Pro Marine, Inc. accepts COD, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover or ACH (Electronic Check) for payment.
Pro Marine, Inc. does not extend credit or open terms, all accounts are COD or prepaid. There is no minimum order required to
place an order, however,
to qualify for shipping incentives, a minimum order of $100
is required.
There will be a $35.00 service charge added to your account if a check is returned from the bank as uncollectable for any reason. Any check fees charged by the bank will also be added to your account. Subsequent
orders will be shipped “Cash Only” until all fees are collected as a result of non sufficient funds.
RETURNS - NEW -
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you must call for a return authorization within 15 days of purchase
date for a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and all returned merchandise
must be in the original package in good resalable condition. To insure proper credit, you must call in advance to
request an RGA number which must be included with your return. An RGA issued is valid for 30 days and will be
void if not used wihtin that time frame. Any returns received without an RGA will be refused or disposed of and no
refund will be issued. Pro Marine, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or reject any return.
Warranty Returns must be within 1 year or the manufacturers warranty period & accompanied by an RGA and the
original purchase invoice. Shipping charges are NOT warranty and will not be covered. For items not manufactured
by Pro Marine, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer of the product directly to avoid additional shipping
and possible time delays.
There is no restocking charge for defective merchandise or shipping errors. Any item returned after 15 days and before 30 days
from invoice date will carry a 15% restocking fee. No returns or RGA’s will be issued after 30 days from invoice date. The customer
is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Pro Marine, unless there was an error on our behalf. We cannot accept COD return shipments. Refused packages will still be charged full shipping costs.
NO RETURNS on Special Order Items of any kind! No returns on items of $5.00 value or less!
Any fuel pump, mechanical or electrical, returned as defective will be tested to determine failure. Credit will only be issued
if found to be mechanically defective. If debris or ethanol was the cause of premature failure, credit will NOT be issued and a $25.00 bench test fee will be collected .
All fuel pumps should be sold “As Is” and at the risk of the end user.
All electrical parts returned and presumed to be warranty will be tested before a replacement
or credit can be authorized. If an
electrcal part is tested and found to be NOT defective, a $25.00 bench test fee will
be charged and the part will be sent back
to the dealer. Any electrical part with cut wires will be charged an additional
$30.00 service charge regardless of working condition.
Bench test fees are charged to Pro Marine by the original manufacturers so it is not an optional charge at our discretion and will be
passed on to the dealer from the original manufacturer
of the parts.
There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on electrical or used (installed) parts. This includes, but is not limited to wiring harnesses,
CDI Boxes / Power Packs, Fuses, Relays, Switches, Fuel Pumps, etc. Electrical parts that have been determined to be defective
will be replaced with the same part number only.
Refunds are limited to store credit only by default unless prior arrangements have been made or if a mistake is
made on our behalf.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Pro Marine will special order specific parts at the request of the customer whenever necessary as a standard
service. Due to the additional effort and cost involved when processing special order items a FLAT RATE of $9.00
will be applied to each invoice to cover incoming shipping and miscellaneous handling. Please remember,
NO RETURNS on special order items.
PRICING
Pricing published in this catalog is not guaranteed and will NOT be honored if due to typographical errors. Due to
worldwide currency fluctuation, all prices are subject to change without notice. Pro Marine, Inc. strives
to provide reasonable
pricing but does not guarantee pricing in any way. On many items standard price
increases are set forth by the manufacturers
and are implemented as required by distributor agreements.
When possible, our sales force will always attempt to notify
customers of any price changes. Always call in
advance or review the packing slip to verify current cost. Current pricing
updates
are available to dealers in Excel format
upon request.

not included in the sale price. Changes including,

Pro Marine Limited Warranty
Pro Marine, Inc. warrants the products it produces to be free from defects in materials and / or workmanship under normal use for a
period of ninety (90) days after the date of original purchase. If in this ninety
(90) day period a defect in the product should occur,
the product may be returned for replacement, free of
charge. Your sole remedy in the event of a defect in a product is limited to replacement of the product as
provided above. Except as expressly provided above, Pro Marine makes no warranties, either express
or
implied, with respect to consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the product. Income, profit or losses sustained
as the result of injury (including death) to any person, or loss of or damage to
property. Installation of these parts could adversely
affect the motor manufacturer’s warranty coverage.
Pro Marine is in no way affiliated with OMC Corporation or Mercury Corporation. Information contained in
this catalog is subject to inspection by all parties relying on it. No liability for it’s accuracy, errors or
omissions
